I have a lot of issues trying to log in. it seems like it times out after I get a verification number, it'll just sit there loading after I type the number in. The biggest issue is I have it on auto pay, and for some reason, it never pays it, so I'm charged a late fee. It's a constant battle that takes about 45 min to try to make a payment very frustrating!!!

App crashes when attempting to make payment resulting in multiple charges. As an insurance company, this is unacceptable. Also, I wasn't notified that a bill was due until ONE WEEK prior but yet I get other unnecessary notifications and emails. Their communication settings are dysfunctional. Very unhappy.

I loved it at first 2yrs ago, but then the past 6-7 months my bill slowly started going up. Then no matter what I did the beacon wasn't recording my trips. I complained but Noone cares, finally today I got I a new beacon but I haven't figured out how to install it. According to the people in office all I had to do was have on my Bluetooth an mash button on beacon that doesn't work. I been with state farm for many years because they always cared about the customer but I may just switch
