I've only been using the app for a couple days and only accessed it a couple times and it is very slow, it glitches crashes and freezes. I don't understand why. I have a Galaxy S23 phone (it's not an old phone), it works fine on my husband's phone (S23 Ultra) and the app is up to date. So far I'm very annoyed, this shouldn't happen with any app especially when trying to use one that needs to be paid to and used for making detailed plans like travel, the app needs to be smooth and not cut out

Great app. I can do everything on this app without the need to log into a PC. I mostly use it to see purchases, balance owed, redeem rewards and check up on remaining credits. The travel portal on the app works, but I much prefer doing that through a computer. The UI is much more friendly. The app is good to get a gauge on availability and pricing though. No issues with crashing or loading. Biometric works great.

I've used Capital One services for years, banking credit cards etc. The application is the best. I never had a problem with this application. One of their best features is the Free credit monitoring. I had dark web breaches and identity theft this year. Capital One was the first to send an alert to notify me. It tells you, your options to correct it with the source credit bureau or other sources and how to correct it. The bureaus want upgrades with more fees to do all these features!
