GPS system maybe off location a bit. Showed one of my trips on the wrong road going right though a couple of houses. Eats through battery power even when your not on the road. You may have to use battery saver to keep your phone from dying and then you will get a message to reverify your phone number every time you use it. My battery has died many times while I was working because they kept getting my location. If your phone is slow it's probably this app tracking you even when you're not moving

Several things: The Drive Easy feature frequently changes my score when I haven't driven. I rarely ever drive, and my score will drop from 115 (perfect) to 80, and then it will list no trips having been taken. Each time i update the app, I have to re-check the types of notifications I receive. The app drains my phone's battery, and whenever I put the battery save mode on, I get a warning that my rates will increase if I don't take action. Good company, horrible app.

The "updated" Drive Easy is complete junk. Like many others on here have said, my phone sits in a dash holder for all of my drives. Any interaction on my phone is done via voice and Bluetooth, but it shows phone handling on EVERY DRIVE! I have even had instances where it does not show any distractions but then next time I log in it shows handling. I am starting to wonder if this is just a money grab from GEICO because rates will go up due to cancelling the app or falsely recorded "bad driving".
