lHi just wanted to inform you of RBFCU bug I am seeing on the Android app on Pixel 8a. When I transfer money from myself/joint to other RBFCU accounts, and hit the Transfer Now button or submit, whatever it is. The app does not refresh, just sits there like nothing happened. When in fact, it transferred money. Has caused me to transfer multiple times thinking the button press did not take. This is a problem.

Another update and STILL not working! The page doesn’t fully load after a transactThe new update has glitches. It doesn't fully load the page. For example, if I move money between accounts, it will freeze without showing completion, with half the page blanking. It's also doing a double transaction. I have go into my account to see if the transfer worked. Also, when depositing a check, the page froze, so I had no Idea if it was successful until I looked at the account and saw the deposit pending.

I've never had an issue with the app before. I've only ever banked with RBFCU. Lately the app doesn't close out the tab when your transferring money, no indication if the transaction went through so you end up double or triple transferring by accident. Also when I view transactions it shows me transactions from different accts not the one I'm viewing making it difficult to know what is pending and what's not. I've gotten 2 late fees, i keep my money separate in different accts. Very frustrating.
