Love the workout videos and ways to track exercise. However there is no way to delete your activity which is easy to accidentally misreport and there are only so many skips allowed on the videos which is horrible for days when I need a modification. Also some exercises require a hold which you have to pause and count yourself. Overall good but there needs to be some improvements to make it more user friendly.

The times allotted to hold a stretch are, in some cases, half of the prescribed time given by my PT. when an exercise is to be performed on both sides of the body there are only enough in the app for one side. This means you have to stop, reset the app or go back to the beginning and it won't save your progress. My PT says they cannot go in and adjust any of this.

Easy to follow along, and the visuals really help. Two complaints though. My first exercise is supposed to have 1 set of 5 reps with 30 second holds. After a total of 30 seconds, it goes to the next exercise. Also, a few other exercises are supposed to have 30-second holds, but the animation doesn't show this, and the total countdown is thus much quicker than it should be.
