80% of the time this app misbehaves, even after multiple troubleshooting steps including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Customer service is non-responsive to my emails. Sometimes, the store manager will honor one of the coupons, but generally, I'm missing both my points and unable to avail the deals offered. Counterman told me the app is worthless and it's a waste of my time. I'm beginning to agree. We like their food, but now they have lost my business. Sad!

When you open the app for the first time, it doesn't even ask you to sign in. You have to hunt for that. If I mark a combo as a favorite, then add the favorite to my cart. Checkout is glitched with a gray background. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the cart and get rid of the error. There is no section to change my pickup "order name". The rewards are great!

The app has broken often in the past, but it's functional at the moment and has been for some time. They constantly decrease the value of coupons and rewards, which is quite frustrating and makes the app less usable at times. However, they've recently restored some excellent coupons such as the 2 for $6 as well as added new one like the BOGO for $1 Pretzel Baconators. The most useful fast food app by far.
