App constantly crashes, slow load times as well. The app will kick your order back while you're setting it, and it re-defaults to Pickup instead of Delivery every SINGLE time you order. This is the 2nd or 3rd time my Delivery order got defaulted to Pickup. I carpool to work, and normally don't have my own ride. You can see the problem here.

I really like the ease of use with this app. The only real problem I have had is trying to use a coupon that was given to me after my first order. The delivery service had been terrible but on the bright side it was quick. I just used the app for the 4th time for delivery, each in different cities. The first two times, the food was excellent(KC, MO & Souix City, IA). The 3rd order in Lincoln, Ne was quickly delivered, but the food wasn't fresh.

App revisions are much better. Still, the monthly reward cannot be unlocked. I've ordered thru the app over 3x this month (all over $15 and without using any rewards) and it still says to "unlock the reward with a qualifying purchase," but doesn't say what a qualifying purchase is or why my existing orders aren't qualifying, although my orders show in the app.
