This app is the most aggravating app I've run across. You can't cancel an order, you can't get a full page on the support page (won't let you scroll down), I couldn't even confirm an order I made through it even though the curt drive thru teller kept telling me to confirm the It because he was on a time schedule. It doesn't even pick up all the locations in my city. I don't get my points the majority of the time I order. I'm so thru with this app.

Consistently has issues when trying to order using offers. There is always something with this app that makes placing an order for pickup take between 26 to 29 minutes for various reasons. Turns out it faster and far more convenient to just drive up there, order the food and bring it home. Ordering in person at least saves the 26 to 29 monutes of app order time except my wife and I have both had our debit card info stolen from our local Popeyes when going to drive through

No technical issues with the app so far and I love the rewards points. I can easily rack up points to get a free meal or item. But my biggest annoyance is the fact that my tip can't exceed my subtotal so if I get a free meal and my subtotal is $0 then I'm unable to add any tip unless I add an extra item because I rarely have cash on me. I feel that that's ridiculous cuz the taxes and fees already high as is
