The Editors have retracted this Article because of concerns regarding the originality and novelty of this work.
An investigation conducted after its publication confirmed that it contains material that substantially overlaps with [Z. Önder et al., Adv. Oper. Theory 8, No. 3, Paper No. 38, 23 p. (2023; Zbl 1530.40002)]. Furthermore, the authors failed to even cite [loc. cit.] in their text. These are clear and egregious violations of the Journal ethics policy.
