Color image encryption algorithm based on coupled chaotic and cyclic shift. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1399.68298

Summary: According to the characteristics of the color image RGB components, in order to improve the security and performance of encryption, the coupling chaotic encryption system was proposed by the rewriting Logistic, Cubic, Chebychev map structure. The pixel position scrambling and pixel values of the displacement were realized by ranks and pixel cyclic shift matrix generated by Henon chaotic mapping. The dynamic perturbation mathematical model of key parameters, the single and union encryption scheme of RGB components were designed. The algorithm key space is large and sensitivity strong. The algorithm histogram was even and the correlation was small. The simulation test results of watermark, natural, calligraphy and painting image showed that the algorithm can effectively resist exhaustive, statistics and differential attacks. The color image encryption security was high.
