This paper studies the linearization problem for proper Lie groups, which generalizes both the tube problem for Lie group actions, the Ehresmann theorem for proper submersions and Reeb stability for foliations. The aim of the authors is to precise the linearization theorem and to obtain a geometric proof of it. After some recalls, they prove their result using a Moser deformation argument. The Morita interpretation is also discussed.
