Convergence rates to stationary solutions of a gas-liquid model with external forces. (English) Zbl 1262.76100
The authors study the asymptotic behavior of a one-dimensional liquid-gas two-phase flow model with external forces, as time tends to infinity. Adapting and modifying the technique of weighted estimates, they prove that under certain conditions, the weak solution of the initial boundary problem converges to the stationary one, presenting the decay rate estimates. The stabilization rate of the solution is also estimated in the \(L^{\infty}\) norm.
