Elliptic boundary problems for Dirac operators. (English) Zbl 0797.58004
Mathematics: Theory & Applications. Boston, MA: Birkhäuser. xviii, 307 p. (1993).
The book has 26 chapters organized into 3 parts: I. Clifford algebras and Dirac operators, II. Analytical and topological tools, III. Applications.
The aim is to present elliptic boundary value problems from an abstract point of view. The first part of the book gives a detailed exposition of Dirac operators acting on sections of bundles of Clifford modules. The second part presents the tools necessary for the analysis of the index of elliptic boundary problems. The third part presents the basic theory of elliptic boundary problems and other applications of the methods presented in the book.
