biased information

[edit]

Whoever adds stuff in this article has been adding very biased information. Their IPO has been barely floating alive. To call that successful is a relative term. Hqduong 21:07, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Seems like whoever is now adding things is biased in the opposite direction. No references provided, and this is pretty reputation-damaging stuff. blodulv 22:25, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"12.155.227.225" was the last edit of this page. It was done from a hotel room (no doubt one of Isilon's competitors). The article posted by 12.155.227.225 was full of misinformation with no references. I've restored the page from Aug 1 and tagged it as suspected advertising like the "NetApp" article. "Isilon" and "NetApp" articles are structurally similar and seem to have comparable tone. Hijao 08:36, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I posted this article about being biased back in January because of it leaning towards Isilon's side. Then it seem against Isilon, now it is probably more on Isilon side...., Locking article Hqduong 06:42, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion

[edit]

Someone obviously has time when there is bad things written about this company to fix it, but not enough time to write it in a neutral tone. Hqduong 02:56, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Digital Content?

[edit]

Why is the "digital" in "digital content" mentioned twice? Is there any other kind? Is there "analogue content"? Aren't these just data files? I think it's confusing and either "digital content" should be removed or defined, perhaps with a link to its page. 208.54.40.235 (talk) 21:20, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Move Technology and architecture ?

[edit]

It seems like the Technology and architecture section would be more appropriate on OneFS. Thoughts? KMeyer (talk) 20:25, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Convert from company page

[edit]

This is still structured as a company page. Within the next week I'd like to make edits to put this more in line with other product pages from the EMC Corp. line. I will repurpose as much existing content as possible, but plan on adding a number of new sources and updating many of the stats. I hereby disclose that EMC IS a client, and therefore will happily step back if another editor wants to take the lead here and update this page. I've collected a lot of content and would be happy to have it vetted here before it goes up -- just talk to me! Vanhoosear (talkcontribs) Vanhoosear (talk) 12:16, 30 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Qumulo

[edit]

No mention of Qumulo, a spinoff company by some of the founders of Isilon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 135.84.159.45 (talk) 21:56, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
