Worked with a few capital companies. They call often looking for additional funding needs but, otherwise they are low pressure, rapid response and do a quick and good job compared to others. We have partnered with Expresss Capital Funding because they are truly a company that standds by their clients. As a construction company, we are always in need of cash-flow for projects and ES Capital has come alongside of us and truly looks out for our sustainability. We have dealt with so many types of companies like ES capital and they all say the same song and dance but we just took out our second round of funding and ES capital stayed true to their word when we first started this relationship.
BE CAREFUL!!!! There are SHARKS out there and they don't care about you!! Of course everyone has to make money but some are so egregious that it makes NO sense to borrow.

Express Capital has been professional. As a small company, it is impossible to access working capital from banks. I also like that they will report my payment history to the credit bureau. As a contractor, it is helpful to have access to my credit line during large projects when my client's slow pay. Eric H was very professional to deal with. Once I signed my loan docs my funds were deposited the next day.
