Bulwell, Nottingham, Sub Post Office

First the good. The office was actually open during the posted opening hours. Believe me, this isn't always the case with Sub Post Offices. The transaction went smoothly.

Now the bad. All three staff completely ignored the queue of customers for several minutes. They're probably the same clowns who complain when people stop using Post Office services and branches close, making them redundant. Minus 1 star.

The drone that served me, never spoke and didn't make eye contact. It was like like being in a really boring horror movie. Minus 1 star.

Overall, better than I thought it would be.

Pay out the poor people that you…

Pay out the poor people that you vilified for years on end! Stop extending deadlines! People lost everything, lost their homes, marriages, relationships, lost their health and their lives! For a so called service so incompetent I'm surprised you've got any money left to keep spending billions on defending these things still. Give these people some peace back! You're a disgrace all round!

Awful lack of service on Tracked…

Awful lack of service on Tracked Delitvery, Last one was second and last. I will use DHL next time.
First instance sent important documents to a financial company. I had these returned 4 weeks later, Letter was delivered to a Post office.
Second and most recent; same again. Important documents to send. Only tracking and signature is at a Post office at 1 am in morning. Clearly not the destination.
No way to get support or help. Paying for tracking is a complete waste of money and less secure than normal mail.
Avoid Royal Mail. Use a door to door service/

Bad service

Yesterday I posted two parcels for a neighbour both clearly marked with instructions, they sent both at the most expensive rate! The second parcel was meant to be sent Second Class, I was charged first class next day delivery with signature for both, on returning today to query it they were extremely rude and didn't want to know! The second class parcel ended up costing £12.75 instead of £4.00

Terrible Service

Had an item posted at the post office by a friend in Northern Ireland down the the Republic. Item sent in error via Evri International by the post office working. It's now stuck at customs. No option to speak with Evri only via virtual chat and the post office are saying it's not their problem even though they sent it with Evri. Post office not answering the phone when I call as I'm sure they don't want to deal with the issue!

Very very poor service at Central Milton Keynes

Went to Central Milton Keynes Branch. Arrived at 9.45a.m. but it was shut as their system was upgrading! Surely this could be carried out before customers arrive. Went back at 12.15p.m. and waited 25 minutes for service. Not enough counter staff and a lot of staff just walking around. Got caught in the downpour going home whereas if the Branch had been opened when it should have been, would have missed it.

Misleading opening hours, PO Burnt Ash Hill, SE12 0AA

Misleading published opening hours,
they are not opening at 7:00am but 9:00am.

These wrong times are shown for this particular Post Office on Amazon and EVRI deliveries, too.

The worst thing is that they do know very well about this issue, but did not bother to revise their actual program, and make people waste their time going there and facing the metalic blinds pulled down.

BREDON Post Office

BREDON Post Office, disgusted with the way I was treated by the man. He refused to post my package which was in a small box and secure, was a sealed geenuine Dyson battery pack I have sent many of these before at different post offices with no issues! This guy was abusive and argumentative, we called Royal Mail and they said there is no issue as long as sticker on package as has been our experience. He was rude, arrogant and extremely curt! DISGUSTED!

No Customs Form advised to be filled out

I presented my letter containing my original Passport, Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate on 29 August at the Taunton Fore St Post office requesting "Special delivery". The lady kindly told me that because the address was the Irish passport office in Ireland, International tracked delivery was advised. I paid for this and apparently the letter has gotten lost despite the tracking number. I was informed by Royal Mail that the Post office made a mistake by not filling out a customs declaration and therefore the letter would in any case be returned. This represents very poor service by the Post office. Incorrect information and as a result I will need to get an emergency passport at a cost of £200 and obtain new brith and marriage certificates.

£400 minimum to Exchange Money online

£400 minimum spend to exchange money online for collection, at a much better exchange rate than over the counter. Some of us don't need 500 euros for a weekend away, just sayin. Bureau Eurochange or Tesco don't have this ridiculously high minimum spend.
What is the point of the current Post office you do or offer nothing, looks like you lost another customer. Well Done.

Pathetic Customer Service call to this office to…

Made a telephone call to Burgess Hill office to enquire about the Digital Check and Send Passport service including the taken of new photos by PO staff,Was told that I had to book a time slot and this was done for 2 days later,
Queued up on day agreed only to be told by counter staff that they don’t take bookings and that they do not take new photos as new ones have to be suppled by customer!
A wasted journey and incompetence on part of Post Office for advertising a full Digital Service that is denied by counter staff.Pathetic customer service
