Jesse, probably thinking it was a simple solution, had me shoot him a video of what was happening. Once he saw the video, he realized it was something that the average user would not be able to fix the arrange for me to set up a time so that he could get in and work on the computer directly. As I watched what he was doing, he quickly ascertained that the problem was beyond with the softer self could do. And then offered solutions that included purchasing another level of coverage with a rebate on the soft ride already purchased. But he was not pushy and made it clear. He was fine if I wanted to try to make it happen on my own.
Because I am rusty in my knowledge of modern hard drives I elected to have him do the work. It was interesting to watch him methodically work his way through possible solutions. Ultimately he was successful in repairing the damage to the hard drive and getting the work done that I had intended to do in the first place, I appreciate his persistence and identifying the problem and solving it. Based on the work Jesse did I would be very likely to recommend this software to others who might have similar problems.
