Jesse could not have done better.

Jesse could not have done better in helping a 74 year old X-IT manager solve my problem. He was courteous and very patient with one who is loosing his eyesight. He was greatly appreciated in helping me finish up my EaseUS To-Do Backup problem.

Great live technical support over Chat

I have several EaseUS products, including ToDo Backup, Partition Manager, and PC TRANS. I was having difficulties activating one of the products on a new PC with an invalid license code message. I went into their online chat and was immediately assisted by an engineer who quickly resolved the problem. Very happy with this quick service.

The help service is excellent.

In using Easeus Partition Master, the PC was corrupted. The tenore share company unfaillingly sent me to an easus technical staff, and by chatt he at an instance recovered the licence code. I am very gratefukl for his quick service which was very helpful.

Great costumer service

The Program is good and I've been using it since 2018. This morning I had some trouble re-installing it and found it necessary to use the website's chat for support. It was a successful experience. Izzy was friendly and effective in resolving the issue. Thank you EasyUS for the great costumer service.

Great support from Felix today.

I had a question about upgrading the pro version and a problem logging on. Felix sorted my issue very quickly and gave me all the information and links required. All in about 5 minutes.

outstanding support service

Jesse, probably thinking it was a simple solution, had me shoot him a video of what was happening. Once he saw the video, he realized it was something that the average user would not be able to fix the arrange for me to set up a time so that he could get in and work on the computer directly. As I watched what he was doing, he quickly ascertained that the problem was beyond with the softer self could do. And then offered solutions that included purchasing another level of coverage with a rebate on the soft ride already purchased. But he was not pushy and made it clear. He was fine if I wanted to try to make it happen on my own.

Because I am rusty in my knowledge of modern hard drives I elected to have him do the work. It was interesting to watch him methodically work his way through possible solutions. Ultimately he was successful in repairing the damage to the hard drive and getting the work done that I had intended to do in the first place, I appreciate his persistence and identifying the problem and solving it. Based on the work Jesse did I would be very likely to recommend this software to others who might have similar problems.

short time response on Sunday

My EaseUS Todo Backup home program had to be re-registered after an update. The active license number was not acccepted by the program. I contacted the technical support and got the same day (Sunday !!) a new, valid license number !

Excellent service. I had a problem with activating the software. Wrote an email late saturday, expecting a response Monday. Sunday morning I had a resolution. Great work team.

EaseUS Todo Backup Could Not Successfully Restore My Computer

EaseUS Todo Backup could not restore my computer. The backup was good and there were no errors during the backup and restore, but Windows would not boot up successfully after the restore completed. I lost hours due to this software and can't recommend it. I hate to write bad reviews but for almost $40, I can't recommend this software that people need to be fully reliable. May be when they fix it in the future, I will be able to try it again.

online chat with a representative

I spoke with a representative (a human being) online about a licence key issue. They tried to locate my details and we were unable to. I asked to renew it and was offered 30% off the normal price. Having researched online, you can save 50% with a voucher code. It would have been better if I was told this directly from the company. All in all, the representative was helpful and friendly.

I struggled to understand what login…

I struggled to understand what login credentials were needed to set up automated backups, and reached out to EaseUS support team. My query was replied to promptly and with great clarity by Cary, in the EaseUS Support Centre. The response directions made what I needed to do easy and effortless, and my problem was resolved. Thank you Cary!

Great, User Friendly Tool to manage your storage devices

I've been using this tool since 2017 more less, that is when I discovered, but recently I started a project at school regarding modding entertainment systems, and was looking to change from GPT to MBR and remembered I used this tool a while back ago, so I came back to it and now I discovered it has this tool and many others that are useful for the projects I'm currently working on. I believe it has everything you can ask for with a interface that is very user friendly, but also complex and advanced settings for expert or advanced users. would highly recommend this if you requiere to manage your storage devices.

Fantastic service, very skilled support!

Cary went above and beyond what I expected from this support ticket. Partitioning my drive, getting my old software working on a new machine, working through licensing issues all delivered with skill and patience. Half the work was done overnight while I slept! I cannot recommend Cary and Ease ToDo enough!
