Every month, we gather as a company for our monthly all-hands meetings to share news and showcase our work results. These vibrant videos used to be physical posters when we all fit into one conference room. Now we connect online from 25 different countries, with the live stream open in one tab, a team-wide chat in another, and off we go. One of our principles is openness. Any of us can check the dashboards with open statistics or see the progress on team goals on a dedicated board, but first-hand information provides much more context and helps to see the big picture. Plus, a week before the meeting, team members start sending in questions, which we answer during the meeting. The monthly all-hands meeting isn't just about numbers. It's about jokes and memes in the general chat, sharing ideas with each other and creating that shared space that helps us feel connected 💜
