Work-based learning experiences such as internships, mentoring, and job shadowing opportunities are helping underrepresented students persist and complete STEM 2-year degrees. IBM's Pathways in Technology Early College High School is completing year 13 with students in Brooklyn PTECH Brooklyn HS Alumni Network. We are thankful for the mentors, college faculty and P-TECH supporters of past and present. June 5, 2024, P-TECH CTE/STEM college graduates were represented in the 84th Commencement of City Tech, CUNY and this was P-TECH's 10th consecutive year of participation.
