Last week, two of our inspiring leaders, Sarah Steffanci Bakx and Katie Hodgson, took part in a live online chat and Q&A with members of Women of the Vine & Spirits; a global organisation dedicated to empowering and advancing women across the beverage and alcohol industry. The discussion was focused on modern leadership and why it shouldn’t be a one size fits all approach. Katie and Sarah shared insights on the importance of mentorship, being flexible, and the critical role that values play in leadership style. The duo also spoke about our recently launched purpose; Boldly Cultivating, and why it’s so important as leaders to drive a positive culture and bring people together in a unified way. Thanks Katie and Sarah for sharing your authentic experiences and demonstrating what it means to lead with care and courage! #Leadership #WomenInWine #BeverageIndustry
