Our team at Hollywood Burbank Airport has done it again. Congratulations, on winning the American Airlines Customer Cup for 2nd Quarter of the Year. This win is a distinction that not many can claim - a huge thank you for your resilience in ensuring safety and delivering excellence day after day!

Ringing in the end of summer with a final safety lesson and a party! Some of our SCRUB team at Chicago O'Hare took part in CPR training last month learning life-saving skills. The team will hold additional trainings this month so more employees can learn what to do in an emergency! Our SVP of Operations, Jeff Neikirk also treated the team to an end of year lunch party, serving up our front line who work hard every day to ensure flights are clean and ready for passengers!

No better feeling than when our customers recognize our teams! The Unifi crew at Lihue Airport won Alaska Airlines Station of the Quarter award and, naturally, celebrated with a Luau. These awards reflect the dedication and hard work with which our teams deliver above-and-beyond service for our partners and customers. Mahalo to everyone who helped secure this win!

I had a great time visiting Unifi’s shared services partner, AMH Services in India recently. It’s always a pleasure to connect in-person with our support teams there, but this time I was joined by Chief Operating Officer, Greg Kennedy on his first visit. The AMH team treated us to a festive welcome and we held working sessions on key areas of the business. We saw firsthand how AMH contributes to our day-to-day operations, and we were able to give their employees feedback on how the work they do is having a direct impact in uplifting our frontline workforce. Our frontline teams are the best there is, and one of the reasons they can stay laser-focused on delivering for our customers at airports every day is thanks to our AMH partners. They work across all functions from our technology teams to HR, legal, finance, and more. A huge thank you to everyone at AMH for making us feel so welcome, giving Greg a small taste of Indian hospitality and warmth, and of course the critical work they do every day for Unifi.
