Our very own Yoshimi Henry, Project Manager for Network Infrastructure, attended the Bally’s Chicago Casino outreach event yesterday. This project is set to be a game-changer for the city, bringing not only entertainment but also significant economic opportunities. The Bally’s Chicago Casino will be the city’s first-ever casino, strategically located in the River West neighborhood. This project will create thousands of jobs, boost local businesses, and become a major attraction for both residents and visitors. With its state-of-the-art gaming facilities, luxury hotel, and top-notch dining and entertainment options, Bally’s Chicago is poised to become a cornerstone of the city’s future. A 2015 McKinsey report on 366 public companies found that those in the top quartile for ethnic and racial diversity in management were 35% more likely to have financial returns above their industry mean, and those in the top quartile for gender diversity were 15% more likely to have returns above the industry mean.
