Chronic workplace stress is on the rise 📈 Not only does it impact your employees’ emotional well-being, productivity, and ability to do their jobs well, but it can also have a ripple effect across your organization. If your leaders and managers are stressed, it’s likely that their teams are, too. We hear a lot about mitigating burnout in the workplace and rightfully so. Burnout has reached epidemic levels. But what if we flipped this issue and looked at it from a different perspective? What if we looked at increasing joy at work, instead of just making things bearable and reducing burnout? With some help from Harvard Business Review, we’ve compiled four ways to help increase joy in the workplace.
