I remember the name of 2 chapters: Sword of Hercules and Divine Comedy
Sword of Hercules:L Merlin uses Fire and magic to forge Excalibur
Divine Comedy: an old god (of the dolphins i think) sits in a room watching as other gods pass thru as old
religions give way to new ones all the while hearing laughter from another room (who turns out to be the trickster Coyote)
I remember another chapter but not the name: Apollo tries win the affections of a girl who constantly rejects him.

I think that this is the anthology Olympus, which includes stories called The Sword of Herakles and The Divine Comedy.
