I have contacted the Office of the Arizona Attorney General to decide on how to release the copyright. Andy and I disagree on the topic but he is correct to err on the side of caution. I will get the permission and re publish the pages later.SageAZ (talk) 17:46, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This was their reply: " Tom, We will look into possibly adding a disclaimer on the publications page that would make all our publications public domain but you know how long these decisions take, so you might consider re authoring the work while you wait" --So I am going to start the painstakingly slow process of re writing things while I wait and sourcing them from news sources. The Arizona Attorney General website http://www.azag.gov has been updated to say "Website content for public use is permitted with source credit to Arizona Attorney General"- I am still just going to rewrite most things, but a few things, I may copy paste parts and source credit them if thats okay? Yes, that should work just fine. Thank you for your follow-up on this, and I apologize if my tone in our initial interactions was unprofessional. --Andy Walsh (talk) 16:12, 6 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
