Questions about redeeming your gift card

How you redeem your code depends on where you want to use it. Select your console below, and we'll explain how to redeem your code.

To redeem your code on your PlayStation 5 console, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Turn on your PlayStation 4, go to 'Settings', then 'Users and Accounts'.
  2. Select 'Account', 'Payment and subscriptions', and go to 'Redeem Codes'.
  3. Carefully enter the code and select 'Redeem'. Your PlayStation credit will be added to your account immediately!

Redeem your code on your PlayStation 4 console in 3 simple steps:

  1. Turn on your PlayStation 4 and go to the PlayStation Store.
  2. Navigate to 'Redeem Codes' and enter the code.
  3. Select 'Redeem', and your PlayStation credit will be added to your account!

This is how you redeem your code on your Xbox console:

  1. Turn on your Xbox console and press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
  2. Go to the Store, open the side menu, and select 'Redeem'.
  3. Enter the code and select 'Next'.
  4. Follow the instructions, and your Xbox credit will be added to your account!

Here's how to redeem your code on your Xbox console:

  1. Open the Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo console.
  2. Click on 'Add Funds'.
  3. Enter your code carefully, and your Nintendo eShop credit will be added.

You can now shop in the Nintendo eShop!

To redeem your Google Play code, follow these steps:

  1. Go to play.google.com/redeem.
  2. Carefully enter your code and click 'Redeem'.
  3. Your Google Play credit is now available in your Google Play account.

You can use this balance to buy apps, games, movies, books, and other digital content in the Google Play Store!

If you want to shop at a physical Apple store, bring your digital Apple Gift Card along. The credit can be applied by the salesperson toward your purchase amount.

If you'd like to add your Apple credit to your Apple ID, visit apple.com/redeem and follow the steps.

Questions about your Startselect account

Your Startselect account offers many useful features. Forgot your password or have other account-related questions? We're here to help!

Resetting your Startselect password is easy:

  1. Go to 'Account' and click 'Forgot password?'.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Startselect account and click 'Send email'.
  3. Check your inbox, click the link in the email, and enter your desired new password.
  4. Click 'Reset password', and you can log in again!

Want to know what you've ordered at Startselect? You can access your order history, but in order to do so you need a Startselect account.

Don't have a Startselect account yet? First, create an account using the email address you used to purchase products in our webshop.

  1. Log in to your Startselect account by clicking 'Login' in the top right corner.
  2. On mobile, view your order history by selecting 'Orders' from the dropdown menu.
  3. On desktop, view your order history by clicking 'My Account' at the bottom left, then 'Orders'.

To view your order invoice in your Startselect account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Startselect login screen and sign in with your Startselect account. If you don't have a Startselect account yet, make sure to create one.
  2. Click on the 'Orders' tab in your account.
  3. Find the order number of the desired invoice and click on it.
  4. Under 'Download invoice', you'll find the invoice you're looking for.

This way, you quickly and effortlessly access your order invoice.

If you've realized that you used the wrong email address while creating your Startselect account, don't worry. You can easily correct this issue by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Startselect login screen and log in with your (incorrect) email address you provided earlier.
  2. Click on your account in the top right corner and select 'Account details'.
  3. Update your email address, then click 'Save changes'.
  4. You'll receive an email immediately at the new email address you provided.
  5. Confirm the change by following the instructions in the email. Once completed, your email address is successfully updated.

This way, you can quickly and effortlessly correct your email address and continue using your Startselect account without issues.

Follow these steps to delete your Startselect account:

  1. Go to the Startselect login screen and sign in with your Startselect account.
  2. Click on the 'Personal details' tab at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on 'Delete my account'.
  4. Enter your password to confirm.
  5. Your account will be deleted within the legal term.

Important: Keep in mind that this action is permanent. This means you'll lose access to your order information, order history, and you won't receive newsletters anymore. Make sure you're certain before deleting your account.

Questions about your order

We understand you might have questions about your order. We're here to answer them!

You can easily find your code in your Startselect account. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Startselect account by clicking 'Login' at the top right.
  2. Go to 'Orders' under 'My Account'.
  3. Click on the order number of the order where you've lost your code.
  4. Scroll down, and you'll find your code under 'PRODUCT CODE'.

You can cancel your order if you meet the following 3 conditions:

  1. The 14-day withdrawal period hasn't passed.
  2. The code hasn't been redeemed yet.
  3. The product's publisher allows returns (information can be found on the product page).

If you meet the above conditions, you can request a refund.

Request refund

In some cases, we perform verification to ensure the order was placed by you. If you've received an email from us to verify your order, kindly follow the steps mentioned in the email within 72 hours.

If the verification doesn't meet the requirements, you'll receive another email from us. Make sure to carefully follow the steps to ensure proper verification.
