This app absolutely sucks. It doesn't let you delete old voicemails. I only have like 5 of them and they're blocking new voicemails. The only way to even try to fix it is to go into the settings on your phone and do a bunch of finagling, and even then the fix is only temporary. I really think this app has been abandoned due to the constant issues and the sparse updates not really fixing any of them. Company needs to actually invest in hiring a tech team/developer that knows what they're doing.

It was working up until a month ago. Now it won't refresh or get ANY of the new voice mails i receive at all. It just saids "failed". Yes i know. You should know it's failing as well. WHY is it failing? It does ONE thing and it won't do that. Fix it please. EDIT: as of September 9/9/2024 it is STILL NOT getting any voice-mail in the app or updating. It only has last one from march. I've had calls/voice-mail daily. It's not working. Wtheck.

I wish I could rate this app triple ZERO stars.... I used to LOVE this app!! However, for the past 2 years or so it has been completely useless. It no longer transcribes voicemails and you are no longer able to delete/manage vm through this app. I'm going to delete this worthless app and remove the add-on from my phone plan. YES, I get charged to be able to use this service, AND IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! Very disappointed. I've been a T-Mobile customer for nearly 20 years, thinking about switchi
