Sometimes, this app is useful, but most of the time, no. It only seems to grab some of my orders from Amazon, and usually, it can't actually provide any info on the package. It regularly asks me to reconnect with Amazon for whatever reason. It won't connect to your email at all unless you have a Gmail or Outlook address. Honestly, I'm probably just going to uninstall this junk.

This app used to be so great, and I loved it, but now, it's barely functional. 70% of my packages do not track correctly, whether pulled from Gmail, Outlook, the carrier partner itself, or Amazon. It will say packages have been delivered when they just shipped hours ago. There is also an ongoing issue with accounts not staying linked, and every time I open the app, I have to relink them, mostly Amazon. It's sad to see the decline, considering I've used this app for a long time now.

There's no merchants listed on several "orders". I sent a request for more info on a few packages and didn't receive any response. This service app has the potential to be really great at tracking all my packages in one place but is proving to be really clunky and ineffective. I believe that a few of the packages listed on my account were actually spam, scams or someone else's stuff due to knowing I had zero orders in route.
