The app is ok for tracking if you get it right the first time. Very unforgiving. Cannot edit the info once a tracking # is added, which is great if you're perfect. If you make a mistake entering the tracking # or it doesn't detect the correct carrier, you have to delete it and do it all over again. You can report a wrong carrier, but that doesn't mean it will change. Doesn't re-add orders from email once deleted, even though you redo email connection. Lame.

My review was 5 stars now it's 3 stars. The apps sole job it to automatically send and update tracking info from Gmail and Amazon sent to route. However it's having difficulties, images of the items in the orders sometimes don't show. This problem is mainly for eBay purchases and online orders made through a browser. Also for eBay orders you have to manually enter the tracking number. Otherwise the tracking info that's automatically sent to route will be stuck on "order confirmed"

This app is pretty bad in general. For example, UI/UX wise shipments in progress don't bubble up above shipments completed, so you can have relevant information completely off the screen. There are quite a few poor decisions in the app, but the fact that you can't open and track route urls is probably the worst that places this app in trash tier. Just use an alternative that does this better and correctly.
