This is a decent app all things considered, but it has a fatal flaw: the login authentication phase either hangs and never finishes, or it does finish but it takes several minutes before you can use the app. This makes it impossible to use it for receipt capture. If they fix this, it's a four star app.

As a Concur Admin, I am here to say this app rocks. IMO, ExpesneIt is the main reason to use the app. It uses OCR to scan receipts and populate expense data into Concur. App does not have full functionality of the desktop site. Your own Concur admin should have access to the support portal where these features are documented. Be sure to flip the setting "Save Receipts to Gallery" so that if a receipt does not download, it's saved in your photo gallery on your phone.

I don't know how, but it keeps getting worse every time they update it! I still have to use the full website on my laptop for 25% of the expense reporting tasks, so it's not that useful. Travel booking is very limited. also very buggy. sometomes cant even get past the "authenticating" acreen Another step on the wrong direction. Virtually none of my receipts import correctly anymore To make things worse, I installed anti-tracking software and this app is constantly spying on you. Not cool.
