Not sure but I think you have a bug that you haven't been addressing and it makes all Microsoft products turds. Basically I have my work apps - Teams and Outlook. But then I have apps I use for personal stuff - One Note and Todo. Microsoft doesn't seem to be able to handle this split authentication. I have to constantly reinstall Teams every few days. Wish I could give it 0 stars. One of the worst apps I have used. Practically useless. Even though my device is registered it still keeps on checking for something rendering any and all Microsoft app useless, specifically Teams. Drains the battery like crazy when it keeps trying to verify. Is this actually still in development. It seems there is no active support for this app. This has been going on for 6 months now and still no resolution.

Like others have complained, there is a tremendous battery drain with this app. I used it without a problem for a year, then suddenly my phone started dying in the middle of the day. Company Portal accounts for 60-70% of battery usage. I opened a ticket with my IT department, and they were completely unhelpful, telling me that they don't care about issues with personal devices and that this was a Microsoft problem. Yes, without the app, I cannot access Outlook or Teams which I need at work.
