When it works, it's the best. But randomly I get an error at checkout. It gets stuck in a loop of updating the order total, place order, error placing order. Days later it works, then doesn't again. It's a common issue reported in forums. My wife's identical phone can place the same order fine. I just got a new phone and a new issue. It doesn't give delivery as an option, but my wife's does. Same order, store, delivery address, app version, permissions. Very frustrating.

I had to change my review to 1 star. That is because the app simply does not work anymore. Even after uninstalling, installing, then re-logging in. I won't find nearby stores, even though I have been ordering from the Schertz location for 3 years, and recently one was built in my hometown, but stores simply don't exist for either delivery or pickup. I have points that I can't use, and the app glitches very often. Fix it please. Im starving.

This app had been good, but lately has been very buggy. From incorrect orders to lost orders (which then get charged and are ready at the restaurant once the replacement order is placed), it's becoming unusable. The restaurant staff has been great fixing issues as they happen, but the app needs work and fast.
