So far T- Moble is great. The mbps seem to be 10 times faster, even though we are in a rural area, and the Wifi (at best) says weak signal. A tower went out near us, and the rep explained the problem, and it was fixed by the next morning. I am also glad that with auto payment, we get a few bucks off our monthly bill. That makes our T-Mobile bill the same price as our old, slow service.

App was updated with a slick new interface that puts all the ads front and center and makes viewing your account to pay your bill the last thing you see. No way to set that tab as the default either. Also if you revoke location access, which it doesnt seem to truly need, it gets angry and won't let you do certain things. Overall a step backwards in terms of organization, even if everything did technically load a bit faster.

Not only is the app horrible, it doesn't work most of the time but so is the Internet/service and the phones that are made by T-Mobile. Everything is just really slow, laggy, and glitchy. Like I can't go a second without my screen freezing up or my Internet just turning off randomly on its own, which is really inconvenient because I have to restart my phone in order to get my Internet back. The app doesn't app, like I go to click on it and it just shoves me out the app. T-Mobile sucks nowadays.
