Monthly fee stays the same, but the fees per order and delivery are getting higher... The pay for its drivers are not going up, but the tip requests are... Not sure I am keeping paying for this... Might just use it to see the menu and get ideas on what to eat and then go get the food myself (it's cheaper that way) and they won't slow my orders down someone else paid more. Decided to cancel 30 minutes after posting this... When restaurants have to have special requests for a utensil.

They offer so many good perks if you subscribe annually instead of monthly, but they don't tell you that that doesn't apply to any discounted annual subscriptions (I.e. for students). You have to subscribe to the full price annual subscription (almost $100) to receive ANY benefits, so it's not even worth it unless you're paying full price, which I absolutely am not doing.

Everything is way more expensive and the tip ranges start so high(tip culture is awesome btw. Rather than reward people for doing well, I have to incentivize them to actually bother delivering it). I don't like paying double just to get something delivered. For some reason, they hide your saved restaurants away in the account settings? No app customization settings and amateur app design. Add a dark theme for all users.
