As someone who works with both UberEATS and this app, Doordash can be better. Firstly, I wish there were a way to notify a customer if there's been an issue with making their order (out of stock menu item, delayed) instead of replacing it as the only options with something else they didn't even order and/or costs more. Secondly, when a menu item is marked as unavailable it takes a LONG time to go into affect and customers can still order said unavailable item. It's annoying, do better 👎

Doordash is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 38 calls, 12 e-mails, 1 week of service being down, and no one can help. I keep getting sent in circles because apparently it's impossible for their support team to get a hold of anyone who can help. They just send you an e-mail saying they'll reach out, and then never do. If you're a business, beware, this company is the worst I've ever dealt with.

The app does not work. Instead of getting actual support or a developer trying to fix the issue, support email tells me that I should junk my $75 brand new tablet and pay $24/month for a tablet from doordash. Fix the app or lower the price. It's not reasonable for me to rent one at 4x the cost of buying my own tablet.
