This app is the actual worst!!! They have no way of getting in contact with someone. They have overcharged me twice and not just a few dollars but more than $35 each time. The destination changes AFTER I have completed my ride, and it overcharges me to somewhere miles away. There is no way to dispute the charge as they do not even accept it as their fault. I have lost so much money on this app.

This used to be a good service but the app is garbage full of ads. You get a free trial but there's no option to terminate. You can't remove your payment method. There's no option to delete your account. The support email address bounces. This round, no prompting to tip & no option to rate the ríde. They moved my pickup time up to 445am with 5 mins notice. And then cancelled the ride for no reason.

This app works well but it has had the same dumb bug for over a year, which is simply unprofessional. If you sign up for a free month of Lyft Pink, you cannot upgrade to All Access until your initial free subscription expires (even if you cancel it). In other words, even if you want to pay over 200 dollars for a better service, you're stuck with the basic one because of a bug. I was able to fix this with the Helpdesk, but my wife could not. Writing this so hopefully someone will finally fix it.
