Unable to create an account, as multiple people have already reported. Seems to have the same issues with bugs that the previous app had. Disappointing.

Same issues as the previous bikeshare program, even though CapMetro just spent so much time and money updating everything. I returned a bike 3 hours ago and it never registered. I now can't unlock another bike and so am stranded.

This app only accepts credit cards as a payment method. If you use a debit card, an error message will pop up. Sometimes bikes won't register as returned and it can be a pain to make it work.
