Trying to make a large purchase (thou$and$), was approved for multiple financing options, but none come up at checkout. After nearly an hour of hoops (download app, looped back to browser, uninstall, reinstall, etc) I finally called customer support. They said it wasn't their problem, they had no control of their own website, and that the best they could do was tell me to uninstall/reinstall the app again. Since Wayfair apparently doesn't want my money, I'll happily find somewhere else to shop.

App keeps crashing. I can't get into my shopping cart to to finish my purchases. I have $120,000 in my cart. That I can't even get the stupid app to load all ofvthe way so I can get to my cart. That's where it crashes. It has done that since I turned it in that I'm a business owner. I'm very frustrated. Please fix it or I'm just going to delete it and go somewhere else. Thank you. I cannot, by all means of trying, get the "view in room" to even show up. Everywhere online it says HOW to use the "AI" feature and view things like a rug in your space. It doesn't even show on the app as an option. There is no button or little symbol to click on. I tried to go to the "my account" heading in the app and select the room option and it just brings you to the regualar shopping page. I have all of the permissions allowed for the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing.
