It's really convenient to have a map pointing to the product location. Best feature. Update... The app (and their website) is too slow. It takes 8-10 seconds for every page to load. Response time for searching is even worse. It doesn't matter what network I'm on, browser I'm using, or computer I'm on. Speed up the damn response time of your online tools!

The curbside feature is only functional about 10% of the time. I can tell the app that "I am on my way" but the moment I pull up to curbside to enter which parking spot number I am in, it always brings up an error along the lines of "we've encountered an error on our end." And then I only get the option of "dismiss" or "contact support " and when you click on "contact support" it doesn't even take you anywhere. Extremely frustrating. I can't always get out of my car to go inside

This app has been horrible for years - since one of their last major restructurings, or whatever happened. Nothing loads properly, it's slow, crashes, and pretty much every other "bricking" shortcoming an app can have. It's bad enough I can't even really speak to wether or not any of the functions or features are good, because the app basically doesn't run.
