What's the old (ungrammatical) adage? "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Since your most recent update, this app is absolute trash. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app almost one dozen times, I still cannot access all of the app's features. Furthermore, at times I cannot even access the quick clock feature to be able to clock in on time. Please fix this. I'd give it no stars if possible.

After logging in with my password, the screen takes you to a page reading"Sign in with your biometric for faster access to your information.". There are 2 buttons, one in blue "Enable now" and one in gray "No, thanks". Only the enable now button allows you to click and there is no response from the no thanks button. I've logged back in and attempted to decline putting my thumbprint; it's frustrating and I simply do not want to access my account via thumbprint. ADP needs to fix this issue.

Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot. ^DS

Constant login changes - Junk! I'm so tired of finding when I go to login, that the app has, yet again, changed or reset the login screen and I have to re-enter my user & password info all over again. This has been happening off/on for a year or more. I save my login info then use biometrics, and it works for days/weeks only to hit a road block and have to add it all over again. Junk!
