Horrible. Signs you out and doesn't recognize your password. Attempting to reset your password in the app is impossible because when you leave the app to retrieve the code, the app resets and prevents you from using that code forcing you to get a new one. Rinse and repeat. Customization of sandwiches through the app simply doesn't work. You select your topping, the icon flashes, and nothing is ever updated or changed. Not only is the app borderline useless but it's incredibly frustrating. Bad.

This app just plain sucks! It is so slow and glitchy that it took me almost 15 minutes to order 1 sandwich. When I tap no thanks to the combo offer, the app winds up adding multiple quantities of that sub. Then it took me almost 7 minutes to empty my shopping bag. Then, after starting over, it took another 8 minutes to get to the payment screen. Because of the app being glitchy, I had to enter my CC info twice. Thank God I was only charged once. Until the app is fixed I won't use it again

Ordering on the app was super easy. We customized our subs just how we like them. The gentleman who helped us was fast and friendly. The subs were awesome! I tried the veggie patty for the first time. It was beyond good! You could actually see the veggies in the patty. I'll have this again. Our other sub was the all American. It was loaded & enough to save some for lunch tomorrow. Thx guys - we'll be back! 😄👍
