This extraneous details are often introduced when bots copy over page titles from Wikipedia. However, unlike Wikipedia, Wikidata labels can be ambiguous and should not include additional place info (see the guidance on labels) in any language. Instead, ambiguity should be clarified in the descriptions and claims themselves.
