The structure of the files in the data export changed.
We now have tests with multiple subtests, which get their own
subdirectories, e.g.

    data/SM9W/00/in.yaml
    data/SM9W/01/in.yaml

When there is only one test, the files are directly under the
test id directory.

The new multitests allow us to group similar tests together and
avoid repetition.
