These Terms of Use ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy (collectively, "Agreement") govern your relationship with eSIM Plus, a service provided by UAB Appvillis, a company with registration number 304930580 and its legal address: Šiaulių g. 10-56, Vilnius, 01134, Lithuania ("eSIM Plus", "we" or "us").
By using eSIM Plus, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
eSIM Plus provides eSIM plans with mobile data globally and offers virtual phone numbers. Coverage may vary, so please check the supported countries in the eSIM Plus Application and ensure device compatibility.
Our platform facilitates the rental of virtual numbers as an intermediary. The rental duration is flexible, catering to various user needs.
Using virtual phone numbers, you agree that you may receive incoming calls and SMS messages from other mobile network subscribers. You can block incoming notifications in the application settings.
Call charges for virtual numbers are deducted immediately upon initiating a call by pressing the “Call” button, regardless of whether or not the call connects.
By using the eSIM Plus VPN feature, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service, subject to compliance with these terms. Users must be of legal age and capacity and must refrain from using the VPN for prohibited activities such as hacking, distributing copyrighted content without authorization, or transmitting harmful or illegal materials.
eSIM Plus retains all rights to its intellectual property and prohibits any form of reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution of the software. We prioritize your privacy and data security; however, we reserve the right to modify the VPN feature or availability at our discretion, with appropriate notice provided.
The service may involve third-party content or services, for which eSIM Plus disclaims any liability. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
The eSIM Plus Personal VPN is offered on a bundle basis for a selected amount of time. You may purchase a new package upon the expiration of the existing one, noting that recurring subscriptions are not available for this service.
Cancellations of VPN bundles can be processed by contacting our support team, and refunds, if eligible, are governed by the terms of our Refund Policy.
Note: In cases where the VPN Bundle (Trial) is part of a purchase that includes a mobile data plan or a virtual phone number, the VPN will also be terminated during the refund process.
We cannot guarantee SMS delivery due to potential interruptions beyond our control. Users should be aware of this limitation.
To access services such as outgoing SMS and phone calls, users are required to complete a verification process.
Services are prepaid, with some available on a subscription basis. We accept payments via bank cards, Google Play, App Store, and selected cryptocurrencies.
Account Holders can cancel within 14 days, unless the service is fully performed. For a comprehensive understanding of the conditions and processes associated with refunds, refer to the eSIM Plus Refund Policy.
Once rented and activated, virtual numbers are non-refundable. This applies to numbers capable of receiving SMS from phone numbers but not from other virtual numbers.
All sales for activated eSIMs or Virtual Phone Numbers are final.
Services are provided "as is" and "with all faults," without any warranties.
We do not guarantee the delivery of messages from online services and various organizations.
We disclaim liability for failures of network performance by member operators.
We may terminate services for misuse or illegal activities by the Account Holder.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to discontinue conversations and block users demonstrating disrespectful or abusive behavior towards our Support Team. This includes the use of profanity, direct insults towards team members, or spamming unrelated media content.
This policy extends to interactions involving sensitive topics or inappropriate communications, ensuring a respectful and safe environment for all Users and the Support Team.
All rights in the eSIM Plus Application belong to Appvillis UAB .
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Due to the Rules and Regulations set by our Partners, once the last usage date exceeds one year, the eSIM will be deemed expired. We reserve the right to terminate the service and balance of SIM cards that have not been used for over a year.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
