Reason: suspected copyright violation. (It involves much evidence from Commons, but ShappeAli has not been active since Feb there. Both are active here.)

1. ShappeAli had uploaded files that s/he claimed as own work. Two of the three photos were deleted on 20 September 2018.
2. https://www.flickr.com/people/164819572@N02/ is a phishy flickr account, because it publishes primarily avas.mv photos, but it also publishes photos from unrelated Maldivian sources, e.g. this from sun.mv. It was created in Sep 2018. The earliest photo on it was uploaded on 25 Sep.
3. Ahmed Naaim was registered on 29 Sep.
4. Ahmed Naaim uploaded the first photo File:Sheela Najeeb.jpg at 09:11, 29 Sep and cropped it at 09:14.
5. special:diff/861694993: At 09:19, ShappeAli added the photo to the article. Notice this edit added a full-fledged infobox from a source editor mode.
6. c:special:search/insource:164819572 finds all photos from this flickr. Everything was uploaded by Ahmed Naaim. There is one connection at c:File:Mariyam Haleem.jpg. ShappeAli cropped an upload of Ahmed Naaim's.

Conclusion: Ahmed Naaim is a puppet of ShappeAli for the sole purpose of uploading unfree images. -- Roy17 (talk) 09:56, 12 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
