Apologies in advance as this is a bit long. I wanted new service with T-mobile and decided to open a business line instead of a personal line. The T-Mobile Rep at the South Halsted store informed me that someone will reach out in a day or two to begin the process. I received a call from Adalberto Garcia two days later and we discussed the type of service I wanted. Adalberto then sent me an email requesting some information. His initial email on July 22nd at 1:17pm:Hello Bruce, It was a pleasure talking with you regarding our current promotions. Per our conversation, we will need your W-9 to verify the business. Can you please send over a copy?I then shared my W9 with Adalberto. He followed up on July 26th at 9:36am with the following request: Hello Bruce, We received a response from our credit team and they are asking for some additional information before releasing the application. Extremely fed up I have had billing issues every single month with T-Mobile, and despite their claims of support, the reality has been far from it. Each month, I waste at least two hours on hold, only to speak with a representative who is often disconnected from the actual issues at hand. The additional charges are unjustified, and the customer service I receive is horrible. Many times they told me to change phone plans to save money and only later did I notice they do this to manipulate you into paying double hidden fees. Instead of resolving the issues, T-Mobile consistently adds hidden charges and hikes up prices, all while pushing misleading solutions. It’s clear that their focus is not on customer service but on pressuring sales associates in stores to drive profits, regardless of the impact on customers. Their practices are nothing short of complete fraud, and I’m deeply frustrated by the repeated deception and lack of accountability. What’s worse, T-Mobile’s tactics are not jus

I didn't let T in normal for over 15 years. I have 5 lines I tried to upgrade one of them. They promised me a new phone techniques. And I ended up going to apple and just paying for a phone. Then they said oh, we're sorry. We'll upgrade your phone. And it was supposed to be free coming to find out. I paid over a $1000 short. Now when they found out, I was going to switch to Verizon. They kept saying they're gonna call me back. I never got a call back before. I switch. I gave them a more shot and called. Got disconnected 6 times and I have still not received a call back. Think it's time for me to leave. Look at the benefits you're actually getting from them. Is it really worth all the aggravation? Verizon has actually better coverage. Now been T-Mobile does once T-Mobile has you. It's a customer as far as they're concerned, they're done.

T-mobile home internet router not working with (some) Matter Smart Home Devices

I bought some Leviton 215P smart plugs and I just cannot get them working on my t-mobile router. I have gone through numerous steps to try and get this working but no luck.I suspect the router is the issue because I got the plugs to pair with my matter controller immediately when I took them to a different home using Optimum and an Arris router.After working with Leviton, they also suspect the router. I have Nest thermostats that use Matter but apparently they use threads and not Wi-fi.Has anyone got Matter over Wi-fi to work on a t-mobile home internet wi-fi network?I did enroll in the Leviton Matter programI have the devices and controller all on the same 2.4GHz networkNone of Apple TV, Eco Dot or Homeassistant will pair with the Leviton (but they will on the Optimum wi-fi)The Plug will enroll on the network and can be controlled by the Leviton App, its just Matter thats not working.

Fraud - Returned Gateway In Mint Condition, Now they want $79.00

Returned 5G internet Gateway as speeds got worse over time. Returned in original packaging as instructed and in mint condition. Now they want $79 for saying the unit is damaged. I shipped the unit as customer service directed me to. Be aware of this tactic. T-Mobile is collecting millions by having the warehouse taking these in, either send fraudulent pictures or creating damage to the unit. Never trust them.

I figured I could simply set the gateway IP, SSID, and password exactly the same as my old DSL modem, but nooo, first T-Mobile says my old password is too short...Is there a way to change the gateway IP address from 192.168.12.1 to 192.168.0.1? The first time I turned the gateway on and configured it, I’m certain it not only asked me for the SSID and WiFi password I wanted, and the admin password I wanted, but also the gateway IP address.I then went to my office next to my house and reconfigured my wireless repeater-bridge (thanks to the T-Mobile gateway insisting I couldn’t use the WiFi password I had been using) and I set it up to use 192.168.0.1 as its gateway and DNS server, with the SSID and password I’d assigned. I assigned the repeater-bridge the IP address 192.168.0.2 and the end IP to 254 (instead of the default 24) because I put my wired printer and media server connected to it at high numbers.Saved the settings in the repeater-bridge and my desktop (wired connection to it) h

Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile

This is a Description of our Complaint with T-Mobile and the BBB:For the past almost 3 years we have had all of our family cell phone lines with T-Mobile. We switched over from Verizon about 3 years ago because we responded to a promotion offered by T-Mobile whereby offered much better coverage at much better prices. Turns out that their marketing in advertising campaign was misleading and inaccurate at best. From day one, the coverage and reception was below any basic level of acceptance causing phone calls in messages to drop or fail at a rate off three failed for one success. After a few months, I complained with T-Mobile, they profusely apologized and told us to be patient because they were in the process of rolling out their new 5G Network and also merging their Network with sprints, and they said that the coverage and service issues will greatly improve in a matter of weeks or a couple of months at the most. Hello - I have a need to switch between two phones - Android and IPhone both of which I own. The frequency of change depends on, but I am expecting doing so on weekly basis... Is it possible to do so? I know you can move esim to another phone but it’s not clear this can be done back and forth or only one time thing. Also, if going back and forth require calling T mobile everytime, and takes sometime to do such switching.. Please advise.

europe cellular data service not working

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 running latest version Android. I was told by T Mobile that my US cellular plan provided free unlimited data and texting, but neither is working correctly in Europe. They do work when on WiFi, but not when in cellular mode. Phone says no Internet service, but time and date are correct, so phone must be communicating with the network. Funny thing is my wife’s Apple iPhone is working under the same service plan without any issue. I have verified that the Data Roaming switch is on/enabled under Connections > Mobile Networks. What am I missing??? Thanks in advance for any help since I need data service on my trip in Europe!
