James Benjamin Rothschild (born 01 December 1979) is a Jewish Entrepreneur, Freight Forwarder, and C.E.O^[1] and head of Aegis International Consolidated (London) Ltd® , a international trade and customs clearance firm.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Tunapuna and raised in London and later Trinidad and Tobago, James graduated from University of Hartford in 2001. He holds a degree in Master of Business Administration MBA. He worked in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago in a variety of related fields of Shipping. James founded Aegis International Consolidated (London) Ltd®, on a visit to London from Trinidad.

The company began as a Brokerage company and has since expanded to a wide variety of other Customs Brokerage services, including Freight Forwarding and Exporting, Documentations, and Import Clearance.
