Quainton Road

[edit]

I don't understand this last edit (03/12/05), my understanding is that the site is call "Quainton Road Station" and always has been! It is afterall some miles away from Quainton village.

Equally I have only just changed the link on L99 to the GWR 5700 Class page as that is where all the details are for the 5700s running on LT. Why change it? AHEMSLTD 17:28, 3 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Miniature Railway

[edit]

OpenStreetMap shows, to a fair degree of detail, a miniature railway at the Eastern extremity of he premises - see (for example) https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/168170695#map=18/51.86339/-0.92431 However no mention of it in the present article? It seems quite possible this is a project never fully implemented, so perhaps OSM needs to be updated, too. Still, a station with three platform tracks is visible on satellite imagery.
