Betteruser was the sockmaster, and has since been blocked, as has the sock puppet account Bobonagblockdito. The IP editor 112.205.1.155 appears to have started editing frequently and in a similar manner to Betteruser, shortly after the account was blocked in mid-March. Notably, both Betteruser and the IP 112.205.1.155 have made numerous additions to the page Sinophile, and edits about the influence of Chinese philosophy on various European philosophers [1], [2],[3],[4]. Also of note is that all three accounts made extensive additions in a short time to pages related to Chien-Shiung Wu and the Wu experiment. [5],[6],[7],[8]. While 112.201.126.55 hasn't been active for a few weeks, they also seem to have followed similar editing patterns [9], [10], as well as to Sinophile and Jose Diokno, an article frequently edited by Betteruser. • It's certainly likely that Rocketlaunch is 112.205.1.155 (and Knottinghill), but with just three edits, there's really not enough to block on. The diff pair cited (Special:Diff/1036254391 vs Special:Diff/1034068613) has enough differences that I'm inclined to think two different people (although clearly collaborating), a possibility which GeneralNotability also noted in an earlier report. The most recent SPI on Rocketlaunch81 (talk · contribs) closed on 31 July 2021. Rarionite appeared on 4 August, making a small restoration of an image and caption previously added by Rocketlaunch. After a couple of weeks, they made some more edits including this one again to the Jose Diokno page. This is not a 1:1 text recreation, but is very obviously a restoration of these Rocketlaunch edits. Note for example the sentence on the Mendiola Massacre in the same place, the tweaking of the Arroyo declaration, and the addition of the Calle street in Batangas. There is also this change, which is again a not 1:1 but similar edit to this one. A look at the global contributions shows further the focus on Jose Diokno. I checked some of the most prolific socks from both cases, and I'm not seeing any cross-commonality of IP or UA. Nor do I see much commonality in pages edited or timecards.
