Fails WP:GNG and more specifically WP:NCONCERT TOUR, as there isn't a single independent reliable source, much less the multiples required. While R5 is notable, that does not make each of their tours notable, or indeed any of them. This has one fan source (not reliable by Wikipedia standards), one music club's article about the group they were presenting, and a dead link to Clevver TV, which was probably a rehashing of their record label's press release about the EP and tour.
